That's cuz I have to pack. While he gets set for his post-high school trip to Hawaii, the rest of us leave early tomorrow and drive over eight hundred miles to get deep into Utah, then go another hundred miles down the Green River. We will be in canoes. It will look something like this.

Congrats! Have a great trip -- I expect some awesome photos. :)
Very cool. Have a great time. I'll be blogging about my first-born graduating in 18 years.
Wow, outta high school. So cool, so fuckin' scary. I wish my graduation trip was to Hawaii. Wisconsin was okay, but...
Canoe camping is the best! Wear sunscreen.
And Quietly Flows the Don. Mikhail Sholokov.
No way that river is green.
Sounds fantastic. I hope you enjoy your trip.
Wow! Have a blast. And congrats on your son's graduation. Lucky boy having the parents he does.
Congratulations, Don. A proud day indeed. Lovely photo too, even if that river is the colour of hour-old CocoPops.
It was once known as the San Buenaventura, I think. Anyway, I hope it was a fabulous run down the river, and sasquatch stayed out of your way.
Holy Cow! That's a lot going on. Congrats to the firstborn and have a great trip! Or maybe you already left, so had a great trip!
Congratulations to Skzx, and to the rest of you guys: have a blast!
I recall my graduation fondly. Mostly because I knew everyone who was graduating with me (college was certainly different in that regard), and it was fun walk across the stage and shake people's hands that I didn't like :-).
As for your little canoe trip - you're a freak.
But I hope you had fun and returned safely.
Congrats, Dad!
And Jeff? Shut up please.
